SHIPPING METHOD
Our packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery time varies between 1 to 3 business days depending on your location, however it is NOT GUARANTEED.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are accepted 24/7 during shipping season. All orders are processed as following:
– Orders received Monday and Tuesday will be shipped within 24 hours.
– Orders received Wednesday before 10 am CST will be shipped same day.
– Orders received Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we are not responsible.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Unfortunately, due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot ship to California, Washington and Oregon.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The email containing your tracking information will be sent by Stamps.com, a third-party service we use to print our shipping labels.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
If applicable, we will not be responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or email us at info@chestnutridgeofpikecounty.com to prompltly assist you.
Please DO NOT discard of packaging materials and damaged goods if your intent is filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside Unites States of America.
We may however, by client request and at our discretion, ship to Canada.
